The boys' swim team competed at Waukesha North Last night. This was perhaps the best competition the team has had this season. Despite the pool being a meter pool (normally pools are yards) and it being exam week, the boys swam admirably! Aiden Schelfout took 1st place in the 100 Freestyle while Jayden Knight did so in the 400 freestyle. The relay of Brett Haensgen, John Inga, Preston Bowerman & Connor Warmke took first in the 200 freestyle relay. Connor also placed 2nd in the 50 free and 100 breast stroke. This week Saturday the boys will swim in the final invite of the season at Menomonee Falls High School. Competition starts at 1pm. Come watch the racing and feel like you are taking a staycation in the warm, humid air of the pool area! Next week we will be hosting JV conference on Thursday, competition starts at 5pm, and then the team will travel to Waukesha South on Saturday to compete in Varsity conference, competition starts at 1:30pm.
Good luck at the Homestead Wrestling Invitational tonight and tomorrow!
