State Cross-Country Meet – November 2nd, 2024: The 5K (3.1 miles) cross-country course at The Ridges in Wisconsin Rapids is widely viewed as one of the toughest in the state. After an equally tough course last week at Sectionals, Samyiah Fox returned to the State meet. This marked her 3rd straight trip to compete against 189 other runners in the D1 race, and a large contingent of teammates made the trip to cheer Samyiah on. Each year, Samyiah has improved on her time from the previous year, and this year was no different, finishing in 20:04, in 74th place. Congratulations Samyiah!
