GT PowerGT PowerGT PowerGT PowerBoys TennisCongratulations to Cole Neinas and Will Wagner who received a special qualifier for the state tournament. They lost a hard-fought battle against Eau Claire Memorial, but represented Germantown well!

Boys TennisGirls SoccerThe Germantown Girls’ soccer team was scheduled to play Tuesday night at home against Neenah and the weather once again didn’t cooperate.  The team ended up moving to Nicolet High School on Wednesday night to host.

It was quite the game as the team didn’t really know what to expect from Neenah other than they had a very senior heavy team with some good wins and some tough losses.  The game started out rocky as Neenah scored first!  It was truly a back and forth game and the girls battled through some adversity during the game. The game finished in regulation with a 2-2 tie. Goals were scored by Megan Grater and Ella Rogowski.

The excitement continued through overtime and ultimately ended still tied to force each team into penalty kicks!  It was a truly humbling experience and one where Germantown came out on top with a 4-2 win on PK’s.  Penalty kicks were scored by Megan Grater, Ella Rogowski, Mila Schroeder, and Ellery Frieburger with the game winner!!  A HUGE shout out goes out to goal keeper, Jolie Angers who came up with a HUGE save during penalty kicks and many throughout the game.

The girls will now take on Sussex Hamilton this Saturday night at 7:00 PM at Hamilton High School. Show up and support your Girls’ soccer team!!  Wear your blue and be LOUD!!

Let’s Go Warhawks!
