The Germantown High School Environmental Club and Leadership Germantown are hosting an online plant sale and fundraiser to support the high school Courtyard Greenspace Project.
Facilitated by Johnson's Nursery, the online plant sale will run April 15–30. Customers will have a 'first look' at available stock—trees, shrubs, conifers, perennials, and grasses—all at great prices. Orders will be organized by volunteers for pickup at GHS on Saturday, May 14. Delivery in Germantown is available for a donation to the project by contacting gtowncourtyardgreenspace@gmail.com.
15% of all sales will benefit the creation of outdoor access to the courtyard located off the lunch/commons area of the high school. The master plan for the project looks to add an educational greenhouse in the future.
